I can't say enough about how special Allan is. I purchased this necklace back in October and Allan wasn't able to locate the item. He immediately refunded my purchase and sent an explanation and apology. He promised to contact me if he found the necklace. I honestly didn't expect to hear from him again. The necklace was meant to be an anniversary gift for my wife so l was a bit disappointed.

Fast forward to March, on the Friday before my wife's 40th birthday, and I received a message from Allan that he had found the necklace and wanted to know if I was still interested.
